WINFLEX Basic Group Critical Illness Insurance Summary (3 people or more)

Who is Eligible? All full-time employees working a minimum average of twenty-four (24) hours per week who have satisfied their Employers Waiting Period. The employee must be under the age of seventy (70) to be eligible for this insurance. The employee must also be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada, and currently residing in Canada.
Coverage: 29 illness, injury or sickness, payable after 30 day survival and subject to illness definitions and standard exclusions including 2 year pre-existing condition limitation.

Non evidence Maximums: Benefits amounts are available on a non-medical basis up to the non-evidence limit based on the number of employees in the plan.
